No! Added honey is not only rich in nutrients and antioxidants, but is effective in eliminating any bacterial and microbial growth. Added sea salt acts as a natural preservative by altering the availability of water in foods, thereby depriving microbes from using available water as a nutrient. Rest assured, you will never find any artificial preservatives, flavours or colours in our treats.

Our treats should be resealed and refrigerated after opening. Refrigeration ensures optimal product freshness and quality. However, don't worry if you leave your treats out for a day or two, they won't go rancid. Depending on the environment they may turn hard if exposed to air for an extended period of time or go moldy if left out in hot/humid conditions. We do encourage refrigeration though, we never want Fido to miss out on his favourite treat!

Blackstrap molasses is full of essential vitamins and minerals that are good for your dog. 

Our treats are made in a Canadian, (USDA Certified) facility. They are also made with 100% Canadian beef and ingredients.
